I have been extremely pleased since joining the Valcourt Group. Remaining involved in client retention, I can focus my energy on my customers. My concern was for my employees, many of whom have been with A1 Orange for over 15 years. I was worried about their comfort level. However, they are all settled in and enjoying much better benefits than I was able to provide as a business owner. My goal now is to make Valcourt bigger with more member companies.
