As former president of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), and President of City Window Cleaning, INC., Herb Hirzel has had years of experience in the window cleaning and exterior maintenance industry. As a spokesperson for the industry, Herb has testified before the Department of Labor and has dealt with the lobbyists in Washington, D.C., to make the workplace safe for everyone in the industry.
